Let's Go Swimming

Andre’s taken to the water like a fish to water. He loves to dive bomb into the swimming pool and has decidedly little patience with floaters.

This summer, we’ve been scrounging around for the nearest Bert Lozada courses being held in Makati. Aside from Somerset, there are classes at Ascot (formerly Oakwood) and the Columns but the nearest (and cheapest) were the sessions being held at Assumption College. Another bonus? The lessons are conducted at the College’s new indoor pool.

Just in case you’re interested in sending your little tyke, I’ve listed the relevant details below. We enrolled Andre last Saturday for the 3rd batch. Registration really is quite simple. Just go to the pool during class times and register then pay at the Assumption’s cashier.

I’ve also enrolled Andre in the creative arts and crafts workshop being conducted by METTA. They also have classes for those interested in theatre and dance. Contact Bing or Rosh at 817-0757 loc. 1160-1163 for more details.
